Payment

Credit Card payments- Purple Paradise Studio does not receive your credit card number or store your credit card information. Payment must be done at the time of purchase. 

Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on the volume of orders. Normal processing time is 5-9 business days (not including weekends and nationally recognized holidays). Processing time does not include shipping time. PRE-ORDERS- up to 15 business days.

Shipping

All items will be shipped via USPS First Class with a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days. If you would like your package insured, please select 'Priority' at checkout. Purple Paradise Studio is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the delivery carrier. Please ensure that your address is correct as we are not responsible for incorrect shipping address.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, refused packages, or delays due to COVID, weather, or shipping carrier delays. Please note that shipping time does not include processing time. You will be notified if there are any unforeseen delays/events.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Each earring is made with great care to ensure quality. If you have any questions, please ask BEFORE ordering. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, if there is a problem with an order you have received, please contact us within 3 calendar days of receipt of your order. This will be handled on a case by case basis. Photos may be requested.

Polymer Clay Earrings

All earrings are handcrafted from polymer clay and are unique. That being the case, there may be slight variation in size, color, and minor imperfections. 

Earring Care

I want you to enjoy your earrings for a long time. Each earring is made by hand with great care to ensure quality. Earrings are made with either hypoallergenic stainless steel, titanium or gold-plated brass hardware (nickel free), as described in each listing. Polymer Care is durable but not indestructible. Please handle with care. Store in an area where they will not get scratched or knocked around. Store in a cool, dry place as high humidity may tarnish the metals over time. Do not bend, flex, twist, or drop. Do not sleep, shower, or swim in the earrings. Keep away from harsh chemicals/solvents. Clean with a soft non-abrasive, damp cloth if needed. Resin is very durable and with proper care will last a long time. Keep out of direct sunlight for long periods of time.

Normal processing time (Custom & Made-to-order garments): up to 30 business days not including weekends and nationally recognized holidays (unless otherwise announced above). You will be notified if there are any unforeseen delays/events.

Refunds and Exchanges

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. Due to the handmade/custom nature of the garments, returns or exchanges are NOT offered. No one else can wear the item as they are made to your measurements and/or sewn upon request. Purple Paradise Studio/Ari Dionne will not be responsible for broken zippers or the fit of the skirt/top/dress due to inaccurate measurements provided by customer (please review the ‘Measurement’ section below). However, if you have a discrepancy with the item you ordered on the part of Purple Paradise Studio/Ari Dionne, please contact me within 2 CALENDAR DAYS of receiving your item to find a solution. This may require photos to help locate the problem so that there can be a resolution. Shipping is nonrefundable.
