Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on the volume of orders. Normal processing time is 5-9 business days (not including weekends and nationally recognized holidays). Processing time does not include shipping time. PRE-ORDERS- up to 15 business days.

Shipping

All items will be shipped via USPS First Class with a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days. If you would like your package insured, please select 'Priority' at checkout. Purple Paradise Studio is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the delivery carrier. Please ensure that your address is correct as we are not responsible for incorrect shipping address.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, refused packages, weather, or shipping carrier delays. Please note that shipping time does not include processing time. You will be notified if there are any unforeseen delays/events.
